MORNING BREEZE
365 Days of Thanksliving — Day 286

Howdy everyone. Tonight I’m gonna keep this simple and short, because, well honestly, this one doesn’t need to be long; and truly, I don’t have a good story for today. LOL. It’s just been a nice, pleasant Saturday.
While the wifey went shopping, the boys and I stayed home, finished my sermon (‘cause I farted around too much yesterday); then kept busy doing chores. Noneventful and boring, yet pleasant.
As nature called, one had to let the pups out this morning. And just as I opened the door, whoosh – I felt the cool air and wonderful breeze bristling through the trees. I didn’t hesitate when we got in; I turned off the A/C and opened every window in the house and just let the morning breeze flow through the house.
The smell of the crisp air rolling through, well it’s just so invigorating, isn’t it? Nature’s air freshener in all its glory. And among so many other things, I’m grateful for the cooler temps today and the fresh air breezing through the windows.
As fall inches nearer and the days shortening, the temps should continue to cool enough to keep the windows open for a while. Let it be, I say. There ain’t nothing quite like the a crisp morning breeze flowing in the windows to kick off one’s day.
What are you thankful for today?
